Refund and Payment Policy

Overview: Our refund and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Condition: The product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
    • Intimate or biohazardous goods
    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software
    • Certain health and personal care products

Return Process:

  • Receipt: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
  • Shipping: Do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds:

  • Eligible Situations:
    • Books with obvious signs of use
    • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or discs
    • Items that are damaged or missing parts not caused by us
    • Returns made more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds:

Sale Items:

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are only for defective or damaged items. To exchange for a similar item, email us at teachtopis@info.com and send the item to: [physical address].

Gifts:

  • Gift Purchases: If marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. If not marked as a gift or shipped to you later, the gift giver will be refunded and notified of the return.

Return Shipping:

  • Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return was due to an error on our part.
  • Tracking: Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
